Q1 | How do I purchase a deal?

Once you have selected the deal of your choice you will have to carefully read and agree to the Deal Conditions and Deal Highlights.


Step 1: Select who will be going with you.

Note: If a hotel deal you are interested in, and you want to book more than one room you will be able to amend quantity or continue shopping once on shopping cart.


Step 2: If a Spa, restaurant or activity, simply hit "Book" and you will be taken to the shopping cart

Note:  If It's a hotel deal you are interested in, once selecting who will be in the room with you, simply select you Check-in and Check-out date on the calendar, the hit "Book"

Note: Once you hit book you will be prompted to sign-in or register to your account on


Step 3: Once signed-in, you will then be redirected to the Shopping Cart where you will review your purchase 

Finally, you will have to enter your personal information along with selecting your form of payment.


*Note: You will receive a Booking Confirmation immediately via email (the same email in which you created your account. 

*Note: In order to purchase deals on you will need to sign up for an account, which only takes a few seconds. 


Q2 | Who is allowed to purchase on

Mauritian Citizens and Residents only. is the first online portal made exclusively for Mauritian Citizens and Residents.



Q3 | Will the payments be secure? 

Users of can make online purchases in a highly secure environment. The site is designed in a way that none of the payment information of the customer is stored. The payments made through have been built on world's best ecommerce platform which is known for security.



Q4 | I bought a Deal on the website – How do I use it?  



There are two things that you must bring with you when redeeming a deal:


1) Your Booking Confirmation (either printed or presented via smartphone or tablet)

2) Valid proof of identification (Mauritian ID or Resident permit) 


Both must be shown at the time of use.


Each and every deal will have a unique coupon code in it to safeguard the merchant from redemption of duplicate Deal.



Q5 | Do I need my ID when redeeming a Deal, what happens if I forget it? 

Yes, a valid form of ID must be shown proving that you are either a Mauritian Citizen or Resident. Unfortunately, if you forget your ID the merchant has the right  NOT to redeem the deal and

no refund will be given.



Q6 | Can I buy a Deal on as a gift for someone else? 

Yes of course.

The process is simple and fast. Select a gift of your choice then at checkout you will have the option to either email the gift voucher directly to your friend or print it and offer it in person.



Q7 | How long do I have to purchase a deal on the website? 

New deals are planned to come out on Monday and Wednesday of each week. Each deal is typically available for fourteen (14) days. Activities, restaurants and spas on the other hand have a longer validity that will be clearly stated on the Deals Conditions.


The particular deadline for each deal is listed within the deal information. You will notice that each deal has ‘time left’ to purchase and "Deals Left" which indicates the expiry date of the deal. When the "Deals Left" hits zero, unfortunately the deal is over. 



Q8 | Does membership cost me anything? 

No, membership to join the family is absolutely free. However, we are selective and in order to become a member you must  be a Mauritian Citizen or Resident.



Q9 | Do Prices include VAT (Value added Tax)

Yes, all prices advertised on are inclusive of VAT.



Q11 | Can I get a refund because my deal has expired or because I can’t go? 

No - sorry. specializes in Last Minute Deals at unmatched discounts; all deals are final and non-refundable / transferable as stipulated in our terms and conditions.



Q12 | Can I change or edit the specifications of the deal (ie. Change the date)

No, sorry. All deals are final and no modifications to the Deal Conditions or Deal Highlights are allowed. Please contact our customer support at 263-2769 if you need any assistance.

Yes you can. Simply sign-in to your account and go to “My Account” at the top of the page, click on "My Order" and you will find all of your transactions listed there. This page also allows you to re-print your purchase if need be.

Q16 | How do I unsubscribe?
