The resort is not signposted so is quite difficult to find once you pass the main Azuri gate. The signage on the façade is also quite discreet.
When we reached there, we were wondering how hotels are rated 5 stars...this hotel should have been rated 3 stars...
The check-in formalities were quite quick and smooth. The room conditions were OK but we were given only two shower towels, two beach towels, two wardrobes and two "pantoufles" for 4 persons. We had to ask twice to get them.
The food was good with a decent variety. The bar service was a bit slow though as only 2 persons were there to serve a constant flow of customers.
Tables and chairs in the restaurants were quite low end models which do not fit a 5 star hotel.
