Hotel is good and the reception service is very good. However, some situation let the hotel down.
1. There was no minibar in room. but, someone came to check for it. and nothing done.
2. Took information on spa service on the day 1. information given by spa staff very good, friendly and well explain. She said that there is full space for next and come next day for booking. While doing the booking next day the staff at the spa seem not interested, not welcoming. May be we are Mauritian.3. We got information from one manager from FNB who is very friendly on pizza order and diverted to the bar to see the pizza menu. But, the barman want to be short by announcing the pizza verbally. We asked for menu, he said there is no menu and not feel interested with us. Over all, the hotel and facilities is good value for money. Only these little things which make big difference.
